Through 27 informal evaluations, I have concluded that collaboration and creativity and innovation are the two week areas when observing teachers in 21st century skills.

I've gone through three quarters of using the same evaluation tool on how teachers are using 21st century skills in the areas of collaboration, creativty, communicating, and critical thinking. Numbers are going up, but I would like them to be higher. I will continue to push this next year.
